On July 29, 2015 State Police at Liberty arrested Oscar Davis, age 20 of Livingston Manor, NY after an investigation determined that he engaged in sexual intercourse and had sexual contact with a fourteen year old child at a residence in Livingston Manor.
Davis was charged with Rape 2nd Degree, Criminal Sexual Act 2nd Degree, felonies, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a misdemeanor.
Davis was arraigned in the Town of Rockland Court and remanded to the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash bail or $30,000 bond.
