Dover man arrested for DWI following one-car crash investigation

Dover, New York – On July 19, 2015, New York State Police from the Dover barracks arrested Saturnino Caal Lopez, 44 years old, of Dover, New York, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
Troopers were dispatched by Dutchess County 911 to a one-car property damage auto collision on Mill Street in the Town of Dover. An investigation revealed that Caal Lopez was traveling westbound on Mill Street, exited the roadway, and subsequently struck a utility pole. During the accident investigation, Troopers observed clues that indicated Caal Lopez was intoxicated at the time of the crash.
