The New York State Police at Cortlandt announce the arrest of Thomas Jenkins, age 19, of Peekskill, New York, for Robbery 1st Degree, a Class “B” Felony, Robbery 2nd Degree, a Class “C” Felony, and Grand Larceny 4th Degree, a Class “E” Felony, following a lengthy multi-state investigation.

It is alleged that on September 5, 2014, in the early morning hours, Jenkins, and co-defendant Kyle Clark, robbed the night manager at the Cortlandt Domino’s on Route 6 in Cortlandt as he was leaving to make the nightly bank deposit.  At the time of the robbery, the suspects were armed with a weapon. Clark was arrested soon after the incident near the scene.

After a thorough investigation involving the New York State Police, the City of Peekskill Police, the United States Marshals Service and law enforcement authorities in the State of North Carolina, Jenkins was arrested in Elizabeth City, NC, and has been extradited back to New York to face charges.

His co-defendant, Clark, has already pled guilty and is awaiting sentencing at the Westchester County Jail.
