Two Poughkeepsie men arrested for Petit Larceny

PRESS RELEASE
Wappinger, New York – On June 20, 2015, New York State Police from the Wappinger barracks arrested 49-year-old Kenneth Roe and Hollis D. White, 48 years old, of Poughkeepsie, New York, for Petit Larceny, a Class A  Misdemeanor.Troopers were dispatched to Adams Fairacre Farms for a report of two subjects in custody for shoplifting.  Investigation revealed that White and Roe passed all points of sale failing to pay approximately $367 in various meats and seafood.

Both men were issued appearance tickets directing them to appear before the Town of Wappinger Court on June 24, 2015 at 5:30 p.m.
