Fishkill man arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and Endanger the Welfare of a Child

PRESS RELEASE

The New York State Police announce the arrest of Thomas A Kennedy, age 37, of Fishkill, New York. Mr. Kennedy was charged with Aggravated DWI, a Class “E” Felony, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a Class “A” Misdemeanor.

Investigation revealed that Mr. Kennedy was driving his vehicle erratically on interstate 84 in the Town of Newburgh. Subsequent a Vehicle and Traffic stop for VTL violations, Mr. Kennedy was found to be driving while intoxicated. Passengers in the vehicle included 2 children under the age of 16.

Mr. Kennedy was released and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Newburgh Court on July 2nd, 2015, in front of Town Justice Martini.
