Port Jervis man arrested for Falsifying Business Records

The New York State Police at Ellenville announce the arrest of Antonio E. Farrar, a 32 year old man from Port Jervis, NY for Falsifying Business Records 1st, a Felony and Petit Larceny, a Misdemeanor.
On June 14, 2015 Members of SP Ellenville responded to the Walmart in Napanoch, NY for a petit larceny investigation.
Further investigation revealed Antonio E. Farrar went into the Walmart in Napanoch and stole a 46″ Samsung LED TV and a Samsung Sound Bar. He went to customer service and completed a return, creating a fraudulent transaction. Antonio E. Farrar was arrested for Falsifying Business Records 1st and Petit Larceny.
Antonio E. Farrar was processed at SP Ellenville and arraigned in the Town of Wawarsing Court in front of Town Justice Wayne Lonstein. Antonio E. Farrar is to reappear in the Town of Wawarsing Court on June 19, 2015 at 8:30 a.m.
