Cortlandt man charged with Driving While Intoxicated

Cortlandt, New York – On May 17, 2015, New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested Robert Kissel, Jr., 30 years old, of Cortlandt, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
Troopers stopped the vehicle Kissel was operating for a license plate violation. Subsequent investigation revealed that he was intoxicated at the time of the stop.
Kissel provided a positive breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .12% and was issued traffic tickets directing him to appear before the Town of Cortlandt Court on May 29, 2015.
