New Lebanon man arrested for violating court order of protection

PRESS RELEASE
New Lebanon, New York – On May 13, 2015, New York State Police from the New Lebanon Barracks arrested Timothy E. Laraway, 63 years old, of New Lebanon, New York, for Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor.  Laraway was also charged with Harassment 2ndDegree, both Trespass, violations.Troopers were dispatched by Columbia County 911 for a reported trespass complaint with an order of protection violation.  Investigation revealed that Laraway violated a valid court order of protection by harassing the victim and trespassing on his property.

Laraway was arraigned before the Town of New Lebanon Court and released on his own recognizance.
