Connecticut man arrested for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated

Poughkeepsie, New York – On May 19, 2015, New York State Police from the Rhinebeck station arrested Sean C. Blaine, 20 years old, of Southport, Connecticut, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.Troopers stopped the vehicle Blaine was operating on Fairview Avenue following an erratic vehicle complaint broadcasted by Dutchess County 911.  Blaine was found to be intoxicated at the time of the stop.

Blaine provided a positive breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .19%, more than two times the legal limit of intoxication.  Blaine was issued traffic tickets directing him to appear before the Town of Poughkeepsie Court on June 15, 2015 at
3:00 p.m.
