East Fishkill man charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated

East Fishkill, New York – On May 12, 2015, New York State Police from the Stormville barracks arrested Christopher M. Thistleton, 24 years old, of East Fishkill, New York, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
Troopers stopped the vehicle Thistleton was operating on Clove Branch Road for operating a motor vehicle while using a cell phone. Subsequent investigation revealed that Thistleton was intoxicated at the time of the stop.
Thistleton supplied police with a breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .22%, more than 2 times the legal limit of intoxication. He was issued traffic tickets directing him to appear before the Town of East Fishkill Court on May 20, 2015.
