Anna R. Baright, 89, passed away Monday, August 20, 2023 at her home in Poughquag, NY surrounded by her loving family.
Anna was born on February 9, 1934 in Poughquag, NY in the farmhouse of her late parents Fred and Irene Scoralick. She married Stewart W. Baright who passed away May 26, 2014.
Anna worked as a computer operator for the County of Dutchess for over 40 years. After her retirement, she loved mowing her lawn and gardening.
Anna is survived by her daughter June Bo and husband Christopher of Poughquag and son Robert F. Baright of Dover Plains, NY. Other survivors include grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces & nephews.
In addition to her husband and parents, Anna is predeceased by her sister Joan Scoralick and brother Fred Scoralick, both of Poughquag.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, August 24th at Horn & Thomes, Inc. Funeral Home, 83 East Main Street, Pawling 10 AM – 1 PM. A graveside service will follow at 1:30 PM in Beekman Cemetery, Poughquag, NY.
