PRESS RELEASE
On May 2, 2015 at approximately 4:45 P.M, Philip Scott Winter DOB 08/14/93, of 683 Old Post Road Bedford, New York 10506 was traveling northbound on Interstate 684 in the Town of Lewisboro, when he rear-ended a vehicle and left the scene of the collision. Winter proceeded northbound on Interstate 684 and rear-ended another vehicle, which caused Winter’s vehicle, a 2015 Honda Civic, to become disabled. Subsequent to the collision investigations, Winter was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated. Additionally, Winter was issued numerous Uniform Traffic Tickets. Winter is to appear for arraignment at the Lewisboro Town Court on May 11, 2015 at 6:30 P.M.
