PRESS RELEASE
Besim Ukaj DOB 03/28/94 of 323 Turkhill Road Brewster, NY 10509 was stopped by New York State Police on I-684 in the Town of Bedford for going 107 mph in a 65 mph zone. Further investigation revealed that Besim Ukaj was intoxicated and in possession of LSD, Cocaine and Marijuana. Defendant was charged with CPCS 4th, CPCS 7Th, CPM 5th, DWI and speeding. Defendant was arraigned at the Town of Bedford Court by Judge Jacobson where he was ROR’d.
