Town of Plattekill man arrested for Disseminating Indecent Material to a Minor in the First Degree and Sexual Abuse in the Third Degree

04/20/15 -The New York State Police – SP Highland BCI announce the arrest of 31 year old, David Montgomery, of the Town of Plattekill, NY, for Disseminating Indecent Material to a Minor in the First Degree (a class D felony) and Sexual Abuse in the Third Degree (a class B misdemeanor).
Montgomery was arrested on April 20th, 2015, subsequent to an investigation into his recent sexual interactions with a 14 year old female acquaintance from Ulster County.
Montgomery was arraigned before Judge Elia in the Town of Lloyd Court on 04/20/15 and subsequently remanded to Ulster County Jail on $10,000 bail/ $20,000 bond. Montgomery will return in the Town of Lloyd Court on April 23, 2015 at 3pm for a felony preliminary hearing.
