Canaan, NY- Two Berkshire Farm youths arrested for stolen property

On Sunday, April 19, 2015, State Police New Lebanon arrested Durante Tirado, age 18, for Petit Larceny, and Moulay Alex Elmessaoudi, age 17, for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fifth Degree. Mr. Tirado stole the property of another resident and then gave some of the stolen property to Mr. Elmessaoudi. Both youths were issued Appearance Tickets returnable to the Town of Canaan Court on May 14, 2015, at 6:00 P.M..
