Kinderhook, NY- Road rage incident leads to Driving While Intoxicated Arrest

On Sunday, April 19, 2015, State Police Kinderhook investigated a report of a road rage incident between two operators, which resulted in a property damage auto accident and Driving While Intoxicated arrest, at the intersection of Route 9H and Keegan Rd. Investigation revealed that two operators were traveling side by side on Route 9H, when Manley Moore, age 43 of Hudson, unsafely exited his lane of travel and struck the other vehicle. While interviewing Mr. Moore, State Police discovered that Mr. Moore was intoxicated and he was arrested. Mr. Moore provided a breath sample of 0.12% Blood Alcohol Content and was issued Uniform Traffic Tickets for Driving While Intoxicated and Unsafe Lane Change, both returnable to the Town of Kinderhook Court on April 28, 2015, at 6:00 P.M..
