On October 12, 2019, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Shannon R. Bishop, age 27, of Cortlandt, NY, for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 9 in the town of Cortlandt, and was interviewed during a sobriety safety checkpoint. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On October 12, 2019, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Angelo P. Freiras, age 53, of Cortlandt, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in the town of Cortlandt, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
