Connecticut resident arrested for Driving While Intoxicated

Northeast, New York – On April 13, 2015 at approximately 2:15 p.m., New York State Police from the Dover barracks arrested Kathleen M. Sacco, 52 years old, of Torrington, Connecticut, for Driving While Intoxicated, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd Degree, both Misdemeanors.

Troopers stopped an erratic vehicle traveling on Rudd Pond Road for failing to maintain its lane of travel. While Troopers interviewed the driver, identified as Sacco, they observed clues that indicated she was intoxicated at the time of the stop.

The defendant was arraigned before the Town of Northeast Court and released after she posted $500 bail. Sacco is scheduled to return to the Town of Northeast Court on April 20, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.
