Queensbury man arrested for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated

On Friday, April 10, 2015, at approximately 11:15 P.M., State Police Kinderhook arrested Ricardo Reyes, age 55 of Queensbury, NY for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated. Mr. Reyes was stopped on Main Street in the Village of Valatie for failing to keep right. While interviewing Mr. Reyes, Troopers deemed him to be intoxicated and he was arrested. Mr. Reyes provided a breath sample of 0.18% Blood Alcohol Content. Mr. Reyes was issued traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Kinderhook Court on April 21, 2015, at 6:00 P.M..
