Total snow and sleet accumulations of 4 to 7 inches, locally up to 9 inches in the eastern Catskills. Ice accumulations of up to one tenth of an inch expected. * WHERE...The Mid Hudson Valley, eastern Catskills, and central and southern Taconics in eastern New York, the southern Berkshires in western Massachusetts, and northwestern Connecticut. * WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 1 PM EST Friday. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
