Pawling Chamber of Commerce’s Sixteenth Annual Live and Silent Auction

Pawling Chamber of Commerce’s
Sixteenth Annual Live and Silent Auction, Pawling Firehouse, 20 South Street, October 16, 2018 at 7:00 PM

Dear Friend,

As you are aware, one of the more exciting Chamber events of the year is the annual live and silent Auction, which is emceed by our good friend and life-long Pawling resident Sheriff “Butch” Anderson.   Over the last 15 years, monies raised have been used for the beautification of the community of Pawling.  Our most recent project that was completed has been the entrance way at Dutcher Avenue.  We also provided the annual plantings along Charles Colman Boulevard, the Village entrance and the Village and Town Halls.

There are a number of ways to participate:

• Donate a gift representing your business
• Purchase a Pawling Gift Certificate
• Make a cash donation
• Join us for the evening and bring a friend

If you plan on donating to the Auction, please bring your gift or donation to Marie Stewart at the Yarn and Craft Box by Thursday, October 11, so that you will be able to be listed and acknowledged in the Auction Booklet.

The Auction will be held at the Pawling Fire Department, 20 South Street, Pawling on October 16, beginning at 7:00 PM.  The Chamber will be offering light refreshments.  The evening promises to be a lively affair with Butch as our Auction caller.

Thanks in advance for your generosity and hope that you will be able to join us for the Auction.

Hope to see you there,
