At 3:11pm today Wassaic 69-31, Chief 69-1 and interior manpower responded to assist Amenia at an active fire on a second floor. Excellent command and operations were put into place and a quick knockdown was achieved. STRONG excellent work. Town of Amenia medic 1 and our very own Rescue Chief Tim Shea giving fluids to a dog that was removed from the building by Dan Shultz, Tim and Phil Thompson tended to the pooch, again great work by all and wouldn’t want to work with any other crews then our mutual aid FDs!
