Brooklyn man arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance

On September 13, 2018, State Police at Highland charged Patryk Kopyto age 22 of Brooklyn NY with the following charges:

Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4^th Degree, Class C Felony
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th Degree, A Misdemeanor
Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia 2^nd Degree, A Misdemeanor

The arrest of Kopyto was the result of  a traffic stop on Route 299 in the town of Lloyd, where Kopyto was found to possess LSD, MDMA and Peyote.

He was arraigned before Town of New Paltz Justice Bacon and remanded to the Ulster County Jail In lieu of  bail.
