PRESS RELEASE
On September 19, 2018, New York State Police arrested Justin D. Kaffenberger, age 23 of Monroe, NY for two counts Disseminating Indecent Material to Minors 1st Degree (D Felony) and two counts Endangering the Welfare of a Child ( A Misdemeanor). The two victims were under the age of 17.
Justin Kaffenberger was the assistant football coach of the Monroe Woodbury Junior Varsity football team.
He was arraigned in the Town of Woodbury Court and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $7,500 cash / $15,000 bond.
