Poughkeepsie – Scott Harris, a longtime resident of the Poughkeepsie area passed away on Thursday, April 26, 2018.
He was born on January 25, 1967, to the late Robert & Isobel Harris of Poughquag, NY and is survived by his daughter Morgan Harris, his sisters Jacolyn Bowers and Loren Dorton, his brother Gary Harris, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister Joanne Mulcahy and his brother Robert Harris.
He was a graduate of Arlington High School and worked as a plumber. He loved fishing, his dog bubby, steak and lobster tails and most of all his family. Scott touched the lives of many people with his warm smile, his sense of humor and his abundant generosity.
Family and friends are invited to attend a graveside service on Saturday, May 19th, 2018 at 12:30 pm at the Beekman Cemetery located behind the church at 21 Church St., Poughquag NY.
