Coxsackie, NY man arrested for possession of a stolen credit card.

PRESS RELEASE

Florida, NY – On March 10, 2018, at approximately 3:37 a.m., State Police were dispatch to the Pattersonville Service Area located at I-90, in the Town of Florida for a report of a stolen credit card being used to purchase items. After a lengthy State police investigation, David S. Hughes, age 24, of Coxsackie, NY was arrested on April 3, 2018, for criminal possession of stolen property 4th (credit card). Hughes was taken into custody, transported, and processed at SP Fultonville. He was subsequently charged with:

  • Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th degree; a Class E Felony
Hughes was arraigned in the Town of Florida Court and remanded to the Montgomery County Jail in lieu of $500. Cash or $1000. Bond. Return court date of April 11, 2018, at 6:00 pm in the Town of Florida Court.
