Coxsackie, NY man arrested for possession of a stolen credit card.

Florida, NY – On March 10, 2018, at approximately 3:37 a.m., State Police were dispatch to the Pattersonville Service Area located at I-90, in the Town of Florida for a report of a stolen credit card being used to purchase items. After a lengthy State police investigation, David S. Hughes, age 24, of Coxsackie, NY was arrested on April 3, 2018, for criminal possession of stolen property 4^th (credit card). Hughes was taken into custody, transported, and processed at SP Fultonville. He was subsequently charged with:

Hughes was arraigned in the Town of Florida Court and remanded to the Montgomery County Jail in lieu of $500. Cash or $1000. Bond. Return court date of April 11, 2018, at 6:00 pm in the Town of Florida Court.
