Cortlandt man arrested for driving while ability impaired by drugs after crash

Cortlandt, New York – On April 1, 2018, the New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested Michael L. Wyskida, age 30, of Cortlandt, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs with a prior conviction within 10 years, a class E felony.

On April 1, 2018, at approximately 6:40 p.m., Troopers on patrol observed a vehicle collision with a utility pole.  An investigation determined Wyskida was operating the vehicle while impaired by drugs with a prior conviction.

Wyskida was issued the appropriate universal traffic tickets returnable to the town of Cortlandt Court on April 16, 2018, at 9:00 a.m.
