SP Liberty Troopers Make Drug Arrest
On March 24th, 2018, State Police at Liberty charged Glenn Doyle, 55, of Monticello, NY with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th (A Misdemeanor). Troopers observed a black Buick Park Avenue operating in violation of several New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law statutes and conducted a traffic stop. While Doyle was attempting to retrieve his license from his wallet, Troopers observed a white, powdery substance fall to the floor. A probable cause search yielded a folded dollar bill containing approximately .3 grams of cocaine. Doyle was processed and released with an appearance ticket, to appear in the town of Thompson Court on April 2nd, 2018 at 5:00 pm.
