Middletown man arrested for Disorderly Conduct

On March 10th, 2018, State Police at Liberty charged Joshua Gill, 29, of Middletown, NY with Disorderly Conduct and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana.
Troopers were called to the Resorts World Casino in the Town of Thompson for a disorderly subject. While interviewing casino security, it was determined that Gill was engaging in tumultuous and threatening behavior, and was subsequently taken into custody. Incident to arrest, Gill was also found to be in possession of approximately 1 gram of marihuana.
Gill was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Thompson Court on March 22, 2018, at 5:00 pm.
