Wurtsboro man arrested for Driving While Intoxicated

On March 10, 2018, State Police at Liberty charged Glen Lord, 31, of Wurtsboro, NY with Driving while Intoxicated and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st (Class E Felony). Troopers conducted a traffic stop on a gray Honda Accord for violating several statutes of the New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law. During the subsequent investigation, Lord was found to be intoxicated, and operating with a suspended license.
He was taken into custody, and transported to SP Liberty. Lord provided a breath sample and was determined to have a blood alcohol content of 0.12%. Lord was processed without incident and released to a sober third party, to appear in the town of Thompson Court on March 15th, 2018 at 5:00 pm.
