State Police arrest Kingston man for Rape 3rd Degree

PRESS RELEASE

On December 14, 2017 the State Police in Kingston, NY report the arrest of Thomas R. Bartholomew, 37, of Kingston, NY, following an investigation which found that Bartholomew a thirty seven year old male was having sexual relations with a sixteen year old female at his residence in the City of Kingston.  The crimes were alleged to have occurred between October and November 2017.

Thomas R. Bartholomew was arrested for Rape 3rd degree(2 counts) and Criminal Sex Act 3rd degree(1 count) and arraigned in the Town of Hurley Court.  Bartholomew was remanded to Ulster County Jail in leiu of $15,000cash/$50,000bond and ordered to reappear in the City of Kingston Court on a later date.
