Town of New Windsor man arrested for possessing a stolen vehicle from Florida State following a traffic stop in New Windsor, NY.

10/22/2017 – The New York State Police – Montgomery BCI announce the arrest of 24 year old, John E. Przybys, of New Windsor, NY, for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th degree, a class E felony. 

Investigation conducted by the New York State Police SP Montgomery barracks revealed that John E. Przybys was the driver of a stolen pickup truck out of the State of Florida which was stopped for an equipment violation while on Erie Avenue in the Town of New Windsor, NY.  

John E. Przybys was ultimately issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of New Windsor Court on 10/24/17 at 5pm.
