State Police arrest Medusa man for Bribery

State Police at Catskill arrested JOHN GUADAGNO, age 31 of Medusa, N.Y. for Bribery 3^rd, a class D felony. The arrest was the result of GUADAGNO offering to pay a Trooper $1200.00 in Cash in order to release his girlfriend who was under arrest and in custody for DWI. GUADAGNO was arraigned before Town Justice Robinson in the Town of Athens Court and was committed to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $1000.00 cash or $2000.00 bond.
