State Police arrest Rochester woman for promoting prison contraband

On July 9th, 2017, State Police at SP Catskill arrested?ASHLEY GARCIA, age 22, of Rochester, New York for Promoting Prison Contraband 1st, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th(a class A Misdemeanor) after a New York State Police K9 Officer found a controlled substance in GARCIA’s possession when she entered Greene Correctional.

GARCIA was arraigned in the Town of Coxsackie Court before Town Justice Dorpfeld and was remanded to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $10,000.00 cash bail or $20,000.00 secured bond and is scheduled to reappear in the Town of Coxsackie Court on 7/13/17 at 1:30pm.
