Hudson woman charged with criminal obstruction of breathing

Greenport, New York – On June 26, 2017, New York State Police at the Livingston barracks arrested 32-year-old Amanda Shook, of Hudson, NY, for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, a Class A Misdemeanor.
Shook, a Licensed Practical Nurse, is accused impeding the normal breathing of a 40-year-old vulnerable adult male in her care at the Devereaux Town Hall House located in Greenport.
Shook was issued an Appearance Ticket returnable to the Greenport Town Court on July 10, 2017 at 3:00 p.m.
