Vermontville Man Arrested for Stolen Car

PRESS RELEASE 

The New York State Police at Ellenville announce the arrest of Charles D. Ulacco, a 40 year old from Vermontville, New York, for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th, a Felony.
On March 04, 2017 Members of SP Ellenville responded to a report of a disorderly subject at a restaurant in the Town of Rochester, County of Ulster, New York.  Further investigation revealed Charles D. Ulacco had attempted to steal two cell phones from workers at the establishment and was in possession of a Jeep Wrangler, which was reported stolen from Saranac Lake, New York.
On March 04, 2017 Ulacco was located and arrested for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th.  Ulacco was processed at SP Ellenville and arraigned in front of the Town of Rochester Court, Town Justice Al Babcock, who remanded Ulacco to the Uslter County Jail.  Ulacco to re-appear in the Town of Rochester Court at a furture date.
