Dean of Students at Sullivan County Community College Arrested for Theft

PRESS RELEASE
State Police at Liberty announce the arrest of the Dean of Students at Sullivan County Community College. John F. Agnelli, age 42 of Loch Sheldrake has been charged with theft after it was determined that he used a college credit card to charge more than $9000 in personal expenses. Agnelli was arrested on Friday March 3, 2017.
Agnelli was charged with Grand Larceny 3rd Degree, a felony. He was arraigned and remanded to the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash, $30,000 bond.
