Friday, February 10th families joined Ms. Karen and math consultant, Pat Denema for an evening of Family Math where parents & children explored math together through engaging activities, puzzles, and games. With the variety of hands-on activities that filled the tables and aisles of the library, families found themselves very busy while they exercised a variety of problem-solving skills, and in the process gained a deeper understanding of how math works. Young and old alike found Family Math Night exciting, mind-stretching and most of all, FUN!
