Millerton man charged with possessing child pornography

Millerton, New York – On February 7, 2017, The New York State Police from Poughkeepsie arrested 18-year-old Colin G. Andrews, of Millerton, New York, for Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child, a Class E Felony.
Andrews was arrested following an investigation conducted by the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) task force. Andrews was found to possess pornographic images depicting children subsequent to a search warrant which authorized the seizure of electronic devices.
Andrews was arraigned before Judge McCabe in the Town of North East Court and released on his own recognizance. The defendant is due to appear in the Town of North East Court on February 28, 2017.
ICAC is a multiagency task force that combats the sexual exploitation of children via the internet.
