Ghent man charged with Felony DWI following one car crash

PRESS RELEASE
Ghent, New York – On February 5, 2017, New York State Police from the Livingston barracks arrested Justin B. Decker, 34 years old, of Ghent, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated with two prior convictions, a Class D Felony.

Troopers were dispatched to a one-car collision that occurred on Arch Bridge Road in the Town of Ghent.  Further investigation revealed that Decker was operating the vehicle while he was intoxicated.

Decker was charged with Felony DWI when an investigation revealed two previous DWI related convictions from May of 2007 and September of 2008.

Decker was issued traffic tickets directing him to appear in the Town of Ghent Court at a later date and time.
