Dover Burglary Arrest

Dover Plains, New York – On February 7, 2017, the New York State Police BCI at SP Dover Plains arrested 32 year old Thomas C Brown Jr of the Town of Dover, New York for Burglary 3^rd degree, a class D Felony.

Brown’s arrest stems from an investigation into a burglary to a vacant residence where copper wire was stolen on July 27, 2016. Brown was arraigned in the Town of Dover Court before the Honorable Judge Abrams and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond. He is scheduled to reappear in the Town of Dover Court on February 10, 2017 at 11:00 AM.
