Hudson man charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated

Rhinebeck, New York – On December 18, 2016, New York State Police from the Rhinebeck barracks arrested 48-year-old Marc W. Marrish of Hudson, New York, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.

Troopers conducted a traffic stop on State Route 9 for erratic operation.  A subsequent investigation revealed that the driver of the vehicle, Marrish, was intoxicated at the time of the stop.

Marrish provided a breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Concentration of .21%, more than two times the legal limit of intoxication.  Marrish was issued traffic tickets directing him to appear in the Town of Rhinebeck Court on January 12, 2017.
