Traffic Stop in Dover leads to drug arrest

PRESS RELEASE

Dover Plains, New York – On December 4, 2016, the New York State Police at SP Dover Plains arrested 37 year old Gene Tuck of the Town of Dover, New York for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th degree, and various traffic infractions. The arrest is the result of a traffic stop on Gene Tuck’s vehicle on State Route 55 in the Town of Dover after he failed to stop at a stop sign. Tuck was arraigned in the Town of Dover Court by the honorable Judge Abrams and was released on his own recognizance and scheduled to reappear in the Town of Dover Court on a later date.
