Rosie is a very sweet and gentle Pitbull Mix at the Putnam Humane Society. She turned 9 in November, and it just breaks our heart that she was not in a home. We give her lots of love at the shelter, but Rosie is used to living in a home surrounded by family. She lived with children and another dog previously, and she has some doggie friends at the shelter too. Rosie loves to be covered up with a blanket at night, she’s a cuddler and snuggler. We want this special girl to have a forever home for the holidays. You can meet sweet Rosie between 10-3 daily. Cat lovers can visit with the cats from 10-4:15 daily. Santa will be making one last appearance for PET PICTURES WITH SANTA this Saturday, December 10th from 11-4 at the Mahopac Feed Barn! Santa loves taking pictures with pets, kids and adults too. No appointment necessary. It’s holiday time at PHS, so please join us for CHRISTMAS CAROLING at the Putnam Humane Society this Saturday, Dec. 10th from 12:00 to 3:00 PM.
