Mother and daughter from Bloomingburg, NY arrested for Identity Theft

The New York State Police at Wurtsboro announce the arrest of Roxanne Foote age 55 and Ann Marie Webb age 32 for Identity Theft in the 2nd Degree, (Class E Felony).
The State Police at Wurtsboro received a complaint of identity theft from a Bloomingburg resident in September. An investigation revealed that in March of 2016, a fraudulent account was opened with a local cable company in the name of the Bloomingburg resident. Foote and Webb, who are mother and daughter, were subsequently arrested for Identity Theft in the 2nddegree.
Foote and Webb were processed through the Wurtsboro Barracks and issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Mamakating Court on November 10, 2016 at 9:00am.
