Poughkeepsie woman charged with entering Fishkill Correctional Facility with drugs

Fishkill, New York – On October 23, 2016, New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation from the Wappinger barracks arrested Victoria R. Nobile, age 24, of Poughkeepsie, New York, for Promoting Prison Contraband in the Second Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, a Violation.
An investigation revealed that Nobile brought marihuana and synthetic marihuana into the Fishkill Correctional Facility, with the intent to provide it to an inmate.
The New York State Police were assisted by the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision Office of Special Investigations.
Nobile was issued an appearance ticket directing her to appear in the Town of Fishkill Court on November 3, 2016, at 9:00 a.m.
