Pleasant Valley, NY – On October 6, 2016, New York State Police from the Poughkeepsie barracks conducted an investigation that resulted in the arrest of Michael Bott, age 50, of Lagrangeville, New York, for Criminal Possession of Marihuana in the 2nd  Degree, a Class D Felony, and Unlawful Growing of Cannabis, a Class A Misdemeanor.

The investigation resulted in the seizure of several marihuana plants and approximately 3.7 pounds of marihuana.

Bott was arraigned in the Town of LaGrange Court and released on his own recognizance. The defendant is scheduled to reappear on October 18, 2016.
