On September 25, 2016 State Police at Dover Plains arrested 29 year old Desirae Spock of Dover, NY and charged her with Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Menacing 3rd degree, both Class A Misdemeanors.
The arrest stems from an investigation into an incident that occurred in the Town of Amenia on September 24th.
The defendant was arrested for threatening harm to a child under 16.
Spock was arraigned before Town of Dover Judge Abrams. She was Released on her Own Recognizance and scheduled to reappear before Town of Amenia court on 9/27/2016 at 7pm.
