State Police arrest Greenville man for domestic dispute charges

On September 23, 2016, New York State Police at Catskill arrested James Montesarchio, age 24, of Greenville, NY. Montesarchio was charged with Assault in the third degree and Criminal Obstruction of Breathing. Both charges are class A misdemeanors. The charges stem from a State Police Investigation into a domestic dispute that occurred at a private residence in Greenville, in the evening hours of September 22nd, 2016. Montesarchio was arraigned in the Town of Greenville Court in front of Judge Jens Lobb who remanded Montesarchio to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond.
