Peekskill, New York – On July 10, 2016, New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested 50-year-old Darrow F. Crosby, of Peekskill, New York, for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 1st Degree, a Class E Felony, and Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.

Troopers stopped Crosby in the City of Peekskill for operating a vehicle with a loud exhaust.  A subsequent investigation revealed that he was intoxicated at the time of the stop.  A DMV license check also indicated that Crosby’s driving privileges were suspended due to a previous DWI related arrest.

Crosby provided a breath sample which revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .08% and was arraigned in the Town of Yorktown Court.  He was remanded to the Westchester County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash bail or $25,000 bond.
